Trade Chamber of Commerce Debate Competition 2016

On 19^th November , jindaquan sales team have took part in the debate competition in preliminary contest, which is held by Shenzhen longgang trade chamber of commerce.

Our debate subject is “ ones’ income represents his talent values ” and we are the the side to agree with this view.  We won the the debation in the early round and would start preparing for the final.

Unfortunately we lose the final on 26^th November in the debation topic “studying ability is much more important than working experience for a company”  and it was really a cold raining day in fact .

       Sure we were sad when hearing the scores , but on the side, we did learn a lot from this debation. We should have done more preparation before the debate, and focusing on the main questions to give a more excellent and comprehensive answers; we should have think more on the other side and find more questions to let them keep silence without any good answers.

It’s just like product research and customer maintenance. at the first beginning , engineer should prepare everything well to make perfect high quality plastic additives impact modifier with high performance , and reduce the customer complains on quality and performance . and as the sales , we should learn more about our product knowledge and be a specialist to give instruction whenever customers ask .
