POE will decrease the shinning ?
We have customers complaining that after adding the Impact modifier , the black surface below dull color , even though the impact strength improved somehow .
Yes technically the more POE you adding for modifying the Plastics impact strength / toughness /softness /flexibility ,the more dull color would get , espcially for customer who have super toughened requirement and high flexibility ,then need to add higher dosage of POE , like 5-10%. and it would be very obviouse in eyes that the plastic products surface become so dull .
To solve this problem , could add some impact modifiere without POE components or change the products color to white instead , so dull color looks not so obviously .
We have impact modifier which not effect the surface gloss, please feel free to ask us !
More important that we have gloss additives to improve the plastics product gloss and brightness ,make it remove the dull color.
